Summer Running Program 2026 - Registration Open

Who:

Open to all runners ages 8-14+

We would like for the summer participants to be able to run at least one mile without stopping. If you feel that your child is not yet able to do this, we ask that you join the practices to accompany them until they can, so that we can offer a full and safe experience for all runners.

July 7th-July 30th (12 Sessions Total)

• Tuesdays, 7:30 - 9:00 AM

• Wednesdays, 8:30-9:30 AM

• Thursdays, 7:30 - 9:00 AM

We’ll meet up Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursday mornings am at various locations in and around Coeur d’Alene. Coaches, with the help of volunteer parents and high school alumni, will oversee trainings to include running, strength and core. Workouts will be gritty and challenging and used to build a base for the competitive fall season. High School runners are welcome.

For those competing on North Idaho Distance Project Team, a Pre-Season Competitive Training will also be available in August.
